Mission Statement

Our mission is to operate a viable business model that will accomplish four primary objectives. The first is to provide our client-partners access to technologies that cost effectively reduce targeted pollutants as part of their overall emission reduction and environmental credit creation and trading strategy. We aim to have these technologies serve as the foundation for our client's efforts in NOx, SOx & mercury reduction as well as greenhouse gasses. Further we pledge to continue to source for the most cost effective methods to reduce mercury, NOx, SOx, arsenic, and greenhouse gasses including CO₂.

Much of our effort is aimed at a productive and environmentally responsible use of coal as an energy source and the use of coal by-products as a recycled material source in the production of Portland cement and ready mix concrete and concrete products. Such use of coal fly ash and slag allows society as a whole to gain maximum benefit from the electric power production-coal combustion related emission of pollutants. We believe the realities of the economic-political landscape of the 21st century puts a premium on the energy independence that our coal reserves affords us and dictates that we find ways to use this resource in the most environmentally responsible manner.

In the case of industries that are not at the forefront of reduction goals or targets, but instead have the opportunity to further emission reductions through their use of recycled materials, or through their enlightened, informed management of land assets, we aim to guide them into a course of action that will afford the absolute best opportunity to create and trade environmental credits and realize revenue from their commitment to improving the environment.

And finally we believe the long-term success of our company and our efforts will be measured by our ability to assist the coal burning industries in a search for cleaner and more efficient combustion technologies and in encouraging other industries to source for ever more creative ways to use coal by products such as coal fly ash and bottom ash and steel production slag.
